Competition team auditions are held in the summer.  Students are judged on technique, stage presence and poise.  Team members attend summer class sessions.

Team members represent Kibler Dance Academy and are expected to wear the appropriate dance attire when attending classes.  They are required to take certain classes on a weekly basis.  Ballet/Technique is a requirement for those competing.
